Doron Gerstel has more than 20 years of entrepreneurial and executive experience in the high-tech industry. He has a proven track record of integrating strategic planning and operations with world-class visionary skills and creative management to achieve global business goals. Doron was previously the CEO of Nolio – a global leader in application release automation. Nolio was acquired by CA Technologies in 2013 and Doron led the company’s strategic directions for the following 12 months. Before Nolio, Doron was the CEO of Syneron (NASDAQ: ELOS) – a leading global aesthetic device company. In 1999, he co-founded and led PHP company Zend Technologies as the CEO and President. Doron was also VP of Operations at Lumenis and Fibronics. Doron holds an MBA in Marketing from the Tel-Aviv University and a B.Sc. in Economics and Management, Information Systems from the Technion Institute.
Mati Cohen has been with Panaya since its inception and is responsible for driving the company's innovation, product strategy, and technologies. Between 2002 and 2006, he was a Senior Project Manager at IBM, where he was responsible for the implementation of large-scale SAP projects. During his extended military service in the Academic Reserve of the Israeli Navy, Mati led innovative and complex award-winning projects. Mati holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Management (Information Systems) from the Faculty of Engineering Sciences at Ben Gurion University.
Alon has over 20 years of experience doing direct and indirect sales as well as sales management, including new product penetration in Europe and the Far-East. Alon specializes in establishing direct sales and channels, recruitment and management of sales teams around the globe. Before joining Panaya, he was VP Sales at Extricom, Sales Director at Amdocs and VP Sales at Netmount and established the international business for Breezecom (Alvarion) from start-up to IPO.
Gaby is multi-cultural executive with vast experience in areas of direct and indirect software sales management and business development of partners and alliances in a variety of geographies and regions. Her specialties include channel and alliances management, indirect and direct sales and business development. Before joining Panaya, Gaby held senior positions at Avaya, Nice Systems, and ECTEL. Gaby has a BA in Behavioral Science from the Israel College of Management and an Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern.
Moshe has over 20 years of executive experience in business development and sales management positions with global technology companies. Moshe has been leading and growing Panaya business with its global Partners. In his position Moshe has demonstrated entrepreneurship, leadership as well as hands-on execution of large scale partnerships and transactions with global leading System Integrators. Prior to joining Panaya in 2010, Moshe held senior positions at Nice Systems (NASDAQ “NICE”), Amdocs (NYSE “DOX”) and Magic Software (NASDAQ “MGIC”). Moshe has a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Rotman Scholl of Management at the University of Toronto.
Ariel brings to Panaya over 18 years of executive management experience in the software industry. As VP of Customer Success, he is responsible for ensuring that Panaya delivers an excellent ROI for all clients. His team is responsible for managing implementations, helping customers ensure adoption across their organizations, and assuring Panaya’s service availability and security. Before joining Panaya, Ariel served as VP Customer Success and VP R&D at cloud project management software Clarizen. His high tech experience is rounded out by successful roles at Comverse and SmarTeam. Ariel holds a BA in Management from Ruppin.
Uzi brings over a decade of Sales, marketing and business development experience to Panaya. He is responsible for Panaya’s marketing and Sales Development groups. In this role Uzi manages corporate and field marketing, lead generation, online and offline activities, public relations and analyst relations. In his previous roles at Panaya, Uzi ran the Salesforce business (ChangeGuru) and held the position of VP Sales Development. Before joining Panaya, he ran a multimillion dollar telecom and conferencing business at IDT Corporation (NYSE:IDT). Uzi serves as an advisor to multiple early stage startups. Uzi holds an MBA and a BA in Business & Jewish Philosophy from the Hebrew University.
Erez brings over 15 years of software engineering experience to Panaya. Erez is a seasoned, highly technical manager and leader with proven success in product design, development and deployment. He is a “people person” and leads the R&D team by example. Erez has extensive experience in build-up, leading and managing large development groups in start-up and corporate environments. Before joining Panaya, he was Director of Development at Diligent Technologies and Senior Manager at XIV, both IBM companies. His career spans the cream of the crop of technology companies – IBM, EMC, Kashya, and Mercury Interactive. Erez holds a B.Sc. in Physics from Hebrew University.
Raffy Wreschner brings to Panaya over 20 years of international experience in operational and financial leadership, and a proven track record in venture financing and M&A. At Panaya he is responsible for all finance, legal and administration activities of the company. Most recently he was head of Business Operations for the EMC Storage Software Group (NYSE:EMC). Raffy joined EMC following its successful acquisition of Kashya, a leading data replication software company, where he served as its CFO prior to the acquisition. Before joining Kashya, Raffy was the Controller at Alchemedia - a data protection software company. Raffy also worked for 5 years in public accounting both in the UK (with BDO Stoy Hayward) and in Israel (with KPMG). He received his B.Sc. in Economics and Accountancy from City University, London and is a UK qualified chartered accountant.
Dikla has over a decade of human resources experience and brings a strong “can do” approach to Panaya. She began her career as an organizational psychologist at a professional career institute. Dikla continued her human resources journey as an organizational and training development consultant at a respected medical center and the Israel Defense Forces. Her passion for animal welfare lead her to spend time at the Western Australian Department of Environment and Conservation, where she directed organizational change and management training at animal foundations and trusts. Before joining Panaya, Dikla served in key senior HR roles in Bezeq, Israel’s largest telecommunications provider.
