Unlike most referral programs, Panaya rewards you for providing a qualified referral, whether they purchase or not. You earn $250 upon Panaya's approval of a qualified lead, and additional $750 (for a total of $1,000) when your referral becomes a paying Panaya customer.

In addition, top partners will be featured in the Panaya community site, providing you with a unique opportunity to gain visibility for your business with highly-targeted SAP-focused audience.

Anybody with a legitimate interest in partnering with Panaya can join the program. Panaya will not tolerate submittal of false information or any other abuse of the program.

To be considered a qualified lead, your submittal should meet the qualification criteria stated at our Referral Partner Program page.

These criteria may change from time to time, so be sure to check this website often. However, we will honor leads according to the criteria that were published at the time they were submitted.

What happens if I disagree with your referral qualification?

The objective of the program is to create a win-win situation that encourages partners to continue referring qualified leads to Panaya an ongoing basis. Therefore, we will attempt to side with our partners, when reasonable, in case of a dispute. However, in the event a dispute still exists, all decisions made by Panaya are final.

Shortly after a lead is submitted for Panaya's review, you will get a notification whether the lead was accepted or rejected. If the lead was rejected, the reason will be communicated to you.

Monthly reports will be e-mailed to you with the status of your referrals (accepted/pending/rejected/closed).

A Pending status means that Panaya is attempting to contact the lead and verify it is qualified.

A lead could be rejected for a number of reasons. Most commonly, the lead has not met all of the Panaya qualification criteria. If your lead was rejected, the reason will be specified in the e-mail notification you receive from Panaya.

Your payments for earned awards will be issued once a quarter. Payments will be issued no later than 30 days following each quarter-end.

Payments are made exclusively through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account at the time a payment is issued, we will keep a credit for you until your PayPal account has been established.
